Issue
Changes made to Store data, Translations, or Events have yet to appear on the public-facing site.
Solution
In most cases, the changes have taken place, but due to caching may not appear immediately. Wait for this caching to refresh, which could take up to 30 minutes. In rare cases, with certain changes, you should wait a few hours.
If you don't see a change take effect after that time, there could be an issue with the save; contact support@brickworksoftware.com to investigate. Support can view an uncached version of the web page to confirm that the changes have taken effect.
Separately, for Events specifically, it could be that you are editing the data in the wrong location. Please see more about troubleshooting Event updates in the linked article here.
