Issue
Cannot enter Purchase Amount in the provided field for Appointments due to either:
1. The field does not appear.
2. The window will not save.
Solution
1. If the field does not appear, the appointment might not have been checked-in. Only checked-in appointments allow for a Purchase Amount to be entered. After check-in, refresh the appointment window again in order to see the input field.
2. If the window will not let you save, check to see if you have included the dollar symbol ($). If so, please remove the symbol. Only numbers and decimal points are to be included in that input box.
