If you are an Admin, you have the ability to assist other users in resetting their passwords. This can often occur if the user has requested a password reset email, but is having trouble receiving that email.
First, check that the email they are using is the one associated with their account.
1. You can search for users in the Users section:
Note: When searching names, make sure to search ONLY first name or ONLY last name, not both together. If the user does not come up at first, try alternative variations or emails, as the account could be misspelled.
2. Next, click on the user's name.
3. Click on "Generate Password Reset Link".
4. A URL will appear at the top of the page. Copy this text and paste it into a message for the user. The user can then visit this URL to reset their password to something of their choice.
Note: When logging in, users should make sure they are always entering their email/username as written in the admin, as usernames are also case-sensitive. Make sure there are no hidden spaces before or after the text.
