CALENDAR INVITES FOR APPOINTMENT EMAILS
Feature Summary:
Calendar Invites on Appointment Emails takes the emails that Brickwork was already sending to customers and stores when an appointment is requested, confirmed, or canceled, and attaches an .ics file. ICS is an open standard used by almost all calendar and mail applications. Brickwork will send different .ics files based on which email is being sent or which action triggered the email, indicating a “requested/tentative”, “confirmed”, or “canceled” appointment.
