Learn how to log in to your Brickwork admin page or reset your password.
For standard Brickwork implementations, Brickwork uses an email/password combination to identify a Brickwork user.
If you have access to multiple Brickwork sites (for example a UAT and a Production Site), you will need to log in to these sites separately, although you are able to maintain the same email/password combination for both.
To login to your Brickwork site:
- Go to [client name].brickworksoftware.com/admin (note: your URL may vary slightly depending on your organization's setup)
- Enter your email address and password at sign in as seen below:
Reset your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you have the option of resetting it.
To do so, click "Forgot your Password?" underneath the "Sign In" button on the login page as seen above.
You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your login, and can then click "Send Me Instructions".
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
If you are still having problems or do not remember the email address associated with your account, please reach out to support@brickworksoftware.com.
Invalid Token
If you receive a message stating that your password reset token is invalid, please request a new password reset link or contact support@brickworksoftware.com. It is likely that the link you are trying to use has expired.
