Below lists all Brickwork email notifications by their recipient(s), so you can tell what notifications are going to which user types or customers.
Email Notifications by User Type
Appointment (Legacy Only)

- Appointment Requested - if booked directly with Associate: Associate receives the email, if booked with store: Manager receives the email
- Appointment Confirmed - Managers + store email + Associate (if there is one)
- Appointment Canceled - Managers + store email + Associate (if there is one)
- 15 Minute Reminder (before client arrival) - if booked directly with Associate: Associate receives the email, if booked with store: Manager receives the email
- Unconfirmed Appointment - Corporate + Managers
- Schedule Reminder - Associate
Event
- New Event Drafted - Corporate + Managers (of store with event only) + store email [excluding creator]
- Published Notification - Corporate + Managers (of store with event only) + store email [excluding publisher]
- Updated Notification - Corporate + Managers (of store with event only) + store email [excluding updater]
Store / Company
- Alert Created - Corporate + Managers (of store with update only) [excluding creator]
- Store Info Updated - Corporate + Managers (of store with update only) [excluding updater]
- Store Published - Corporate [excluding publisher]
- New Store Manager / New Associate / Welcome New Brickwork User - User being created
- Promotion to Store Manager or Corporate Admin - User receiving promotion
- Associate Profile Updated - Corporate + Managers
- Reset Password - User that requested it
