Summary
Service Hours are hours that a Service is available for booking an Appointment at. These hours can be the same as Store Hours, or extend before or after normal store open times. They can even be configured to operate during specific times throughout a day, if there are breaks between normal availability.
Similar to how Store or Associate hours function, Service Hours can follow a regular schedule or be input as Special Hours for days that differ from normal. These Service Hours directly impact if and when a Service is available to be booked for an Appointment.
Add Service Regular Hours
To begin, select the store you want to edit service hours for via the drop-down menu, then select "Service Hours" in the left sidebar.
Select "Regular Hours" from the tab at the top:
Regular hours can be treated like Default Hours. Any times entered here will perpetuate for the day of the week selected. Any exceptions to this rule and special hours can be adjusted via the Special Hours section, outlined below.
To add regular hours, first select the Service name in the drop-down menu next to "Service", then toggle the button to "on" next to the days that have availability, and select "Edit Hours".
You can type into the hours boxes or scroll through the drop-down to find the appropriate time. When both a start time and end time have been entered, select "Save Hours".
You can enter multiple time ranges for a single day by selecting “Add Hours” again:
Add Service Special Hours
Special Hours can be managed in the same fashion by selecting the "Special Hours" tab from the Service Hours section:
Here you will notice an additional date field next to the days of the week. You can select the week to view or toggle to a week earlier or later via the directional arrows.
Adding hours to these weekdays functions the same as the method noted above. Turn on the toggle for the day you would like to add hours to, select "Edit Hours", input the start time and end time into the boxes, select "Save Hours". Additional blocks of hours can be added to the same day by selecting "Add Hours" again.
If no hours are entered here, availability to default to what is entered in Regular Hours for the Service.
