Summary
In addition to creating users from the Users section as a Corporate Admin, Admins or Store Managers also have the ability to create associates directly within their designated store via the method below.
Create a New Associate (At a Store)
Begin by making sure to select the store you want to add your associate(s) to from the store drop-down menu in the sidebar on the left.
Once chosen, click on "Store Associates" below.
Click on "New Associate" in the top right:
Fill out all of the information asked for the new user you would like to create. The data you need is listed below, with required fields in blue.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Tagline
- Set Primary Avatar Photo
Select "Invite Associate" to complete the process and you're done!
The associate will receive an invitation email.
Notes:
1) As noted above, you can also set a user's profile photo/avatar. This is displayed in the admin, and also in the customer-facing appointment booking flow if your appointments are set to book with an associate directly.
2) An associate's Tagline also appears underneath an associate's name in the customer-facing appointment booking flow if your appointments are set to book with an associate directly. It should typically be used to introduce your associate's personalities to the shopper.
The recommended character count for this tagline is between 200-400 characters.
