To change your Profile Photo (Avatar) and Profile Description (Tagline), first navigate to "My Profile" in the left sidebar menu.
Here, you have the ability to upload a profile photo by selecting "Pick Avatar", or writing a description about yourself by adding text to the "Tagline" field. Once complete, select "Save".
