Summary
Brickwork maintains records on customers who have entered their information into the system in response to an Event RSVP or an Appointment Request. As an admin, you have the ability to export this information as a standard .csv file that you are then able to open in Microsoft Excel or another similar spreadsheet program.
From the “⚙ ” icon, scroll down to "Customers":
Once here, you will see an option to "Download CSV" above the list of customers:
An export should automatically start downloading once this is clicked. In the CSV, you can find the following data fields:
- name - customer's full name
- email_opt - true or false; true being that a customer is opt-in for email communication
- subscriptions
- appointments - the number of appointments the customer has booked
- date
