Summary
Create new associate users in Brickwork. These associates cannot manage any store settings like Store Managers or Corporate Admins, and only have access to edit their own profiles, respond to appointments assigned to them, and manage their working hours.
Begin by going to your store page and finding the "Associates" menu on the right.
Here, you will see a list of all current Associates. To add a new Associate, select "New Associate":
You can fill out the following information (required lines are noted in blue):
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Tagline
- Select Associate Specializations (Only if Features have been assigned to store in advance)
- Profile photo / Avatar
After selecting "Invite Associate", the user will receive an email to the address input with a link to set up their account's password. This will then give them access to their new account in Brickwork.
