Add Associate Notes, record any purchases made including the amount, or add a Transaction Code to past appointments as an associate.
To change or add content to a past appointment, first select "Appointments".
Next, click on "Past" to expand your view of past appointments. Click on the past appointment you want to edit.
Here, you can view the following data:
- Date and Time of appointment
- Customer's email address
- Type of Appointment
- Status (checked-in, etc.)
The following additional data is editable:
- Associate Notes
- Purchase(s) made / Total Purchase Amount
- Transaction Code
After making any adjustments, be sure to select "Save".
