After an appointment is made or requested, assign it to available associates as an Admin.
Begin by logging into Brickwork and navigating to the store that you want to manage appointments for (if you are a corporate user). From here, go to Appointments > Manage Appointments.
In the calendar view, click on the appointment you wish to assign. On the left, you will see a "More Actions" drop-down menu.
Once you have clicked "Assign", a dropdown of available associates will appear. Associates will only be on this list if they are scheduled to be working during these hours/are marked as always available, and if they do not have another appointment at this time. Select an associate and click "Update Appointment" to assign the associate to that appointment.
