Summary
After an appointment is made or requested and the guest has arrived, use Brickwork to "check in" the customer for their appointment. Checking a customer in increases the ability to see the results of your appointment funnel in Brickwork and the impact of compliance on purchases.
Begin by navigating to the store you want to view appointments for and selecting Appointments > Manage Appointments.
Appointments that have not been checked-in will be highlighted in red:
Click on the appointment that needs to be checked-in and you should see a blue "Check In" button on the left.
Once you have selected "Check In", the appointment will change from being highlighted in red to having a green checkbox for confirmation:
