Manage appointments as an associate by checking-in the appointment, adding associate notes, or canceling the appointment. After check-in, you can also add transaction details such as Purchase Made or Total Purchase Amount, as well as Transaction Code.
To view same-day appointments, first select "Appointments".
Next, select "Today" to expand the view of appointments you have been assigned for the day.
You can also select "Upcoming" to expand the view of future appointments you have been assigned.
After selecting an appointment, you can view the following data:
- Date and Time of appointment
- Customer's email address
- Type of Appointment
- Status (confirmed, etc.)
An associate then has the ability to do the following:
- Check-in the appointment
- Add Associate Notes
- Cancel the appointment (Note: This will cancel the appointment IMMEDIATELY without hitting "Save", so please be cautious.)
After making any other adjustments, be sure to select "Save".
After checking in a customer, you will have the ability to edit:
- Associate Notes
- Purchase(s) made / Total Purchase Amount
- Transaction Code
