This page provides an overview of the Schedule section for Associates: most notably adjusting work hours.
To view and edit your schedule, first select "Schedule".
From here, you can view what your current and upcoming hours are set as, and also make adjustments. These hours will ultimately affect your availability for appointments.
Click into a day of the week and you will be provided with the following options:
- Hour Set
- Add More Hours
- Save as regular Hours
- Make an off day
Make Adjustments to a Single Day
Select the box pertaining to the date you want to edit.
Set your hours for the day. If your hours are not continuous (for example you want to include a break), select "+ Add More Hours" and enter the first half of your day in the first section, followed by the second half of your day after your lunch break in the following section.
You can continue to add as many sections and breaks as you need to.
To remove an Hour Set section, select the "-" to the left of the "Hour Set" text.
Be sure to "Save" when you are done.
Set Default Hours for a Day of the Week (Going Forward)
First select any date pertaining to the correct day of the week (for example, if you want to change all of your Monday hours, select any Monday).
Set the hours for that day and make sure to check "Save as regular [day of the week] hours" before you select "Save".
To Set a Day Off
Select the day you want to mark as "Off" on your calendar.
Choose "Make an off day".
Note: If you are off every Monday and want to set that as the default, please speak to your Store Manager to have your Default Hours changed.
To Change a Day Off into a Work Day
Select the day of the week marked as "Off"
Choose "Make a workday".
