To create a new appointment from the Brickwork admin, begin by going to the "Locations" sidebar menu, selecting the store you want to create a new appointment at from the drop-down menu, and then navigating to "Appointment Schedule".
From this view, there are two ways to make a new appointment:
1) Select the "New Appointment" button in the top right.
2) Find an available timeslot from the Calendar view, and click on the open space to start.
Fill out the information presented in the "Create Appointment" section. Here, the default sections include:
- Service type
- Appointment Date
- Appointment Time
- Customer first name
- Customer last name
- Customer Email
- Customer Phone Number
- Assigned Associate
When finished, be sure to select "Save" in the bottom right.
Once the new appointment is created, it will appear on the calendar.
