Edit Appointment Information
To edit an existing appointment from the Brickwork admin, begin by going to the "Locations" sidebar menu, selecting the store you want to view appointments at from the drop-down menu, and then navigate to "Appointment Schedule".
From this view, you can select an appointment from the Appointment Schedule and either edit the available details from the modal or select "View Appointment Details".
After selecting "View Appointment Details:
- When editing an existing appointment you can change any criteria as long as it is available. For example, you can only re-assign to an available associate, or reschedule to an available timeslot.
Reschedule, Reassign & Change Service
- To reschedule an existing appointment, use the method noted above to click into the appointment and edit the date and time via the pop-up modal or the full view in Appointment Details.
- The same can be done with reassignments, as you can view the "Associate" drop-down menu in both the modal view and the Appointment Details view. In the Modal view it's called "Associate Name", and in the full view it's called "Assigned Associate".
- You can also change the Service in both views by selecting the "Service" drop-down menu.
Edit Transaction Details and Notes
In the full window in which an appointment can be edited (by viewing additional details), there is a tab at the top of the page that says "Transaction Details". Selecting this tab allows the user to view and edit both a Transaction Amount and a Transaction Code. This data can then be used in appointment tracking management. Be sure to hit "save" at the bottom of the page once complete.
