After completing this how-to you will have all the information you need to edit an event in Brickwork.
As a Corporate Admin, to get to global events, you can begin by going to the "Events" section in the sidebar, and navigating to "Events Overview":
As both a Corporate Admin or a Store Manager, you can access store-specific events by navigating to the Store first, via the "Locations" menu and then going to "Store Events":
PLEASE NOTE: By doing it this way, you will ONLY be editing the event as it is displayed in the particular store you are currently in. If you need to edit an event in more than one store, you must either do so at each store by individually editing them one at a time, or by modifying them at the Corporate level. You only have the ability to do this if the fields were locked upon Corporate creation.
Once in the Events tab, you will see all event classifications including: Drafts, Upcoming, Past, and Canceled:
To edit, click on the event you wish to update, and then select "Edit Event".
Once your updates have been made, simply select "Update Event" and the changes will take effect on the front-end.
If this event is being edited at the Corporate level:
- The field(s) must be locked for changes to propagate down to the store level.
If this event is being updated at the store level:
- The field(s) must be left unlocked during Corporate creation for the Store Manager to have access to update the event.
