CALENDAR INVITES FOR APPOINTMENT EMAILS
Calendar Invites on Appointment Emails takes the emails that Brickwork was already sending to customers and stores when an appointment is requested, confirmed, or canceled, and attaches an .ics file. ICS is an open standard used by almost all calendar and mail applications. Brickwork will send different .ics files based on which email is being sent or which action triggered the email, indicating a “requested/tentative”, “confirmed”, or “canceled” appointment.
Enabling Appointment Calendar Invites:
To turn on calendar invites for appointment emails, you may first need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to enable Calendar Invites for either store facing emails, customer facing emails, or both.
