1. When searching via the text search, results do not include a particular store as expected.
2. When a search filter is checked (on), a store pertaining to that filter does not appear as expected.
A. Make sure that the store you are looking for has been published and is viewable publicly.
B. Be sure that if the store was published recently, that it is not just unavailable yet due to browser caching.
C. Some company templates do not support searching a store by its name. Please try searching by the store's street address, city, state, or country first and see if it still does not appear.
A. Double-check that the store you are looking for has been properly tagged with the category or filter that you are trying to filter by. A Store Manager or Corporate Admin has the ability to tag this information by navigating to Store > General Info and updating those tags under Features (or Categories in some cases).
Note: The feature must be Highlighted before it will appear as a filter.
