Edit Appointment Information
To edit an existing appointment from the Brickwork admin, begin by going to the "Locations" sidebar menu, selecting the store you want to create a new appointment at from the drop-down menu, and then navigating to "Appointment Schedule".
From this view, you can select an appointment from the Appointment Schedule and either edit the available details from the modal or select "View Appointment Details".
- When editing an existing appointment you can change any criteria as long as it is available. For example, you can only re-assign to an available associate.
To reschedule an existing appointment, in addition to editing the date and time via the method above, you can also drag & drop that appointment to a different available time slot.
In addition to the first method used for editing appointments, you can reassign an appointment to a different associate by pulling up that associate's calendar via the Day View filter with View by Associate turned on (if available based on your user permissions). Make sure the associate you want to transfer to is checked so their tab appears at the top, then drag & drop the appointment to an available time slot in that associate’s column.
Once again, in addition to editing the appointment via selecting it to change the details, you can also drag & drop an appointment between Service columns. To do this, make sure the Day View is on in the Appointment Schedule and the service is checked to display in the View by Service tab. Then drag & drop the appointment to an available time slot in the other service column to change it.
Edit Transactional Details and Notes
In the window in which an appointment can be edited (by viewing additional details), there is a tab at the top of the page that says "Transactional Details". Selecting this tab allows the user to view and edit both a Transaction Amount and a Transaction Code. This data can then be used in appointment tracking management.
